This Great Falls Home Is All About the View, But That’s Not the Whole Story

2725 Huckleberry Drive in Great Falls, Montana with expansive balcony and sunset views.

I’ve marketed a lot of homes, and every once in a while I get one where I find myself standing there thinking, okay, I get it.

That’s 2725 Huckleberry Drive.

And yes, the view is a huge part of it.

Actually, if you follow me on social media, you’re probably thinking, Ambyr, we know. You’ve shown us the view.😂

But there’s a reason I keep coming back to it.

You can look at professional photos. You can watch the drone footage. You can see Great Falls stretching out in front of the house. But standing on that balcony with a cup of coffee is completely different.

Especially lately, with fall getting closer.

I was at the house recently while it was raining, and I just stood there for a minute watching the weather move across the city. And all I could think was how good it would feel to actually live here.

Coffee in the morning. A storm rolling in during the afternoon. City lights at night.

That’s the stuff you don't really see when you're scrolling through listings.

But let’s talk about the house behind the view.

Because I don't want the setting to completely steal the show.

One of my favorite things about this home is how connected the inside feels to everything happening outside.

There are big windows, tons of natural light, and multiple spaces where your eye naturally gets pulled back toward the view.

And I think that's important.

A beautiful view is great. But if you have to stand in one very specific corner of the house to enjoy it, that's a different story.

Here, it's part of the house.

You're cooking dinner and looking outside. You're sitting down with your coffee and looking outside. You're walking through the living spaces and catching another glimpse of it.

It becomes part of everyday life.

And then there’s the balcony.

This is probably the spot you've seen me hanging out in most of the videos.

And I swear I’m working when I'm out there. 😂

But this is where I think you really start imagining what living at 2725 Huckleberry Drive could look like.

I can picture slow Saturday mornings out here.

Coffee before the rest of the house wakes up.

Friends over on a summer evening.

Watching a thunderstorm move across Great Falls.

Those first crisp fall mornings when you need a sweatshirt but you're absolutely not ready to go back inside yet.

And when winter gets here? I have a feeling watching the snow come across the city from up here is going to be pretty incredible too.

It’s also a home you can actually live in.

This matters to me when I'm showing houses.

Sometimes we walk into a property and it's beautiful, but you immediately start wondering, Where does the TV go? Where does everyone actually sit? Where do I put all my stuff?

A house still has to function.

Huckleberry gives you room to spread out, spaces that can change with the way you live, and indoor and outdoor areas that don't feel like they were designed just to photograph well.

It feels like a home.

And I think there’s a difference.

Here’s what I really want buyers to know.

If you've been searching for a home in Great Falls and you've scrolled past 2725 Huckleberry Drive online, don't decide how you feel about this house from your phone.

Go stand in it.

Walk through the rooms.

Step onto the balcony.

Look out over Great Falls for a minute.

Because this is one of those properties where I think the experience matters just as much as the photos.

And with fall right around the corner, someone could be drinking their morning coffee here, watching the leaves change and realizing…

this is home now.

If you want to see 2725 Huckleberry Drive in person, reach out to me. I'd love to show you around.
